INFLUNET is a multilingual creator collaboration platform designed to help brands and creators discover opportunities, communicate and manage cross-border collaborations. Certain opportunity-discovery and external monetization features are still in development.INFLUNET은 브랜드와 크리에이터가 기회를 발견하고 소통하며 국가 간 협업을 관리할 수 있도록 설계된 다국어 크리에이터 협업 플랫폼입니다. 일부 기회 추천 및 외부 수익화 기능은 현재 개발 중입니다.
Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security. Creators and brands are responsible for ensuring that profile, campaign, payment and promotional information they submit is truthful and lawful.이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공하고 계정 보안을 유지해야 합니다. 크리에이터와 브랜드는 자신이 제공하는 프로필, 캠페인, 지급 및 홍보 관련 정보가 사실에 부합하고 적법하도록 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
Campaigns created directly through INFLUNET are managed by the participating brand subject to the campaign terms shown to creators. INFLUNET provides workflow and communication infrastructure and may provide additional services depending on the selected plan or agreement.INFLUNET에서 브랜드가 직접 생성한 캠페인은 크리에이터에게 제시된 캠페인 조건에 따라 해당 브랜드가 운영합니다. INFLUNET은 협업 워크플로우와 커뮤니케이션 기반을 제공하며, 선택한 서비스 또는 별도 계약에 따라 추가 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.
INFLUNET may surface opportunities from approved third-party providers. External opportunities remain subject to the provider's and advertiser's eligibility, commission, tracking, promotional and compliance rules and will not be represented as INFLUNET Direct campaigns.INFLUNET은 승인된 제3자 제공사의 기회를 소개할 수 있습니다. 외부 기회에는 해당 제공사 및 광고주의 참여 자격, 커미션, 추적, 홍보 및 준수 규정이 적용되며, 이를 INFLUNET Direct 캠페인으로 표시하지 않습니다.
Creators must follow applicable advertising and disclosure laws, social-platform rules, advertiser requirements and opportunity-specific restrictions. Fraudulent traffic, fake transactions, misleading claims, unauthorized paid advertising, cookie manipulation and other deceptive practices are prohibited.크리에이터는 관련 광고·표시 법령, 소셜 플랫폼 정책, 광고주 요구사항 및 개별 기회의 제한사항을 준수해야 합니다. 부정 트래픽, 허위 거래, 오해를 유발하는 주장, 승인되지 않은 유료 광고, 쿠키 조작 등 기만적 행위는 금지됩니다.
Brands are responsible for accurate campaign requirements, compensation, product information, shipping details, usage rights and other collaboration terms, and for compliance with applicable consumer, advertising, privacy and commercial laws.브랜드는 캠페인 요구사항, 보상, 제품 정보, 배송, 콘텐츠 사용 권한 및 기타 협업 조건을 정확하게 제공하고 관련 소비자, 광고, 개인정보 및 상거래 법령을 준수할 책임이 있습니다.
Users retain ownership of their original content unless separate campaign or licensing terms state otherwise. INFLUNET retains rights in its software, brand assets, platform design and proprietary technology.별도의 캠페인 또는 라이선스 조건이 정하지 않는 한 이용자는 자신이 제작한 원본 콘텐츠의 권리를 보유합니다. INFLUNET은 소프트웨어, 브랜드 자산, 플랫폼 디자인 및 독자 기술에 대한 권리를 보유합니다.
Where payment or earnings features are offered, displayed amounts may be pending, estimated or subject to advertiser/provider approval until finalized. Estimated or pending amounts are not guaranteed income.지급 또는 수익 기능이 제공되는 경우 표시 금액은 최종 확정 전까지 대기 중이거나 추정치일 수 있으며 광고주 또는 외부 제공사의 승인을 조건으로 할 수 있습니다. 추정 또는 대기 중 금액은 보장된 수익이 아닙니다.
INFLUNET may restrict or suspend accounts that violate platform rules, partner requirements, applicable law or security standards, or that create material fraud, compliance or safety risk.INFLUNET은 플랫폼 규정, 파트너 요건, 관련 법령 또는 보안 기준을 위반하거나 중대한 부정 이용·준수·안전 위험을 야기하는 계정의 이용을 제한하거나 정지할 수 있습니다.
INFLUNET may add, modify or discontinue features as the platform develops. Material changes to applicable terms will be communicated where required.INFLUNET은 플랫폼 발전에 따라 기능을 추가, 변경 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 적용 약관의 중요한 변경은 필요한 경우 이용자에게 안내합니다.
